If possible, I would recommend re-rendering it at 5 star quality as doing so will get rid of moiré, flickering pixels etc.

The rain drops will also look significantly better if you add the Motion Blur Effect.

You could perhaps consider slowing down the camera movement in some of the Clips to make the editing match the slow pace of the music.

All of the above is subjective of course and you should do what you and your client think is right. :)
