Hey ,

So I was advised by one of your technical staff to have my school apply for student version of Lumion since I'm in my last year of University and was basically winder how long would it take for us to know if our university is eligible or not. We sent in all the necessaries since last week.

When/what day last week?

A first response should not take too long, but that depends on workloads at our office, and at this time of year things are very heavy.

Sometimes further communications are required before, and if, an educational organisation is approved.

So I believe it was like last week Tuesday or Wednesday and I understand that it's a busy part of the year just wanted to basically touch base to see how long I'd have to wait.

Update: My colleague tells me that your application was forwarded to our Caribbean partner last week. She has sent them a request for a status update.

Hey Morten,

So I've done as much as I possibly can to keep the process rolling but I've hit a roadblock over the past week. So we signed and scanned and sent back the form we were suppose to but there has been no response from the necessary parties as yet and was wondering if it usually took this long to acquire student versions of the software.

I was also asking my lecturer to call today because he sent out another email asking if the document was okay and there was no response and mind you that was last week, so I'm just left to wonder if i just keep waiting or should i go ahead and call?

Apologies for any delays.  The office staff have been extremely busy since the release of version 9.  So long as the correct email address are valid then it means the application is in their to do list. 

I will follow up with them when the office opens later today EU time zone, and reply here, or via email.  Can you email us at uploads@lumion.com the email address of the lecturer so we have a track and can reply as needed to your lecturer as well.
